Protects the rights of residents ensuring they receive appropriate treatment and attain the highest quality of life possible. All volunteers are specially trained to do complaint investigations and assessment of facilities and the care residents receive in the facility.

Must be over 60 years of age, live in a nursing home, assisted living facility or adult family care home
