Open to Public Special Needs Shelter is for people who require assistance with daily living, such as personal care, mobility, taking medication, etc. or have a medical condition that prevents or hinders their ability to evacuate or provide self care.

Intake Procedure

Special Needs Shelters require registration either online before storm or at facility during evacuation. For questions regarding the evacuation assistance special needs registration program in Flagler or to receive a special needs registration form by mail call our office at 386-313-4200 during business hours Monday - Friday.
