Description:
Student Accessibility Services (SAS) provides information and individualized accommodations for students with a disability. Such accommodations may include, but not limited to:
- Sign language interpreters
- Speech-to-tet captioning
- Alternate text formats
- Exam accommodatiions
- Note-taking
- Accessible Technology
Students must register with Student Accessibility Services in order to be eligible to receive acaemic accommodations (sas.sdes.ucf.edu/)

Description
The mission of Student Disability Services is to ensure that qualified students have an equal opportunity to participate in and benefit from the curricular and co-curricular opportunities available at the University of Central Florida as mandated by federal/state laws and the University's goal of becoming more inclusive and diverse. Integral to this mission is providing leadership, advocacy, and support services for qualified students. Collaboration with faculty and staff is essential for academic accommodations and the exchange of ideas about programs, policies and attitudes.
