Haven programs include home and inpatient hospice services, palliative care consultation services, transitions support, and community education and resources. Additionally, our Pet Peace of Mind program is designed to help patients complete their end-of-life journey without worrying about their pet's current or future needs.

Eligibility
Client must reside in one of the 18 counties Haven serves. No set income criteria, as a non-profit services are provided regardless of an individuals ability to pay.
