Since, 1979 Halifax Health - Hospice has been serving Volusia, Flagler, Orange and Osceola counties. Our goal is to provide patients and their families with extraordinary, compassionate and professional end-of-life care.
Our approach to care is simple. We provide expert and compassionate care to patients and families, while honoring their wishes and assisting in celebrating their lives one day at a time.
We improve the quality of the lives of our patients and their loved ones by reducing the anxiety, pain and burdens that may accompany illness.
At Halifax Health - Hospice, we have a collaborative approach to care. Every day, our uniquely specialized team of physicians, registered nurses, social workers, spiritual care counselors, aides, bereavement counselors, complementary therapists, and volunteers work collectively to provide exceptional care for patients and families.
We believe a person!€™s life should be cherished and celebrated. We have cared for patients in Volusia and Flagler counties for over 35 years and have become the established not-for-profit leader in providing hospice services in this community. Today, we continue this mission, enabling our patients and their families to make the most out of every moment, especially at the end-of-life.
