Call to make report regarding abuse/neglect. Toll-free Florida Hotline & online site for confidential reporting of suspicions of abuse, abandonment and/or neglect of children or abuse, neglect or exploitation of person 60 years or older, and adults with disabilities. Written reports including name & contact telephone/fax of reporter may be submitted by fax using form available at http://www.dcf.state.fl.us/abuse/howtoreport.shtml. Knowingly and willfully making a false report is a 3rd degree felony.
