The Angel Tree provides gifts for children 12 and under whose families show economic need of assistance
Required Documents
Applicants Photo Id, Birth Certificates for all children (Must be 12 and under on New Year's Eve) Guardian must prove custody of any children, grand children and/or any minors. Clothing and shoe sizes of all eligible children.Current proof of income, (current food stamp amount letter is perfect) current proof of all expenses: rent, power, gas/heat, water, medical, child support, car payment, insurance, cable, credit cards, home and cell phone bill and all other expenses you have. Proof of all income in household. Recent pay stub, child support, retirement pension, verification of the social security amount and any other income in household.
