What is Help Me Grow?
Help Me Grow (HMG) is a system that connects children and families with the services and supports they need. Children at risk for developmental or behavioral concerns can sometimes go undetected. Help Me Grow helps families identify potential concerns early and connects them with community-based services, resources, and support programs.
The Help Me Grow Program Offers Families:
- Free developmental screenings, without waitlists or income limits
- Activities that support healthy growth and learning
- Community resources, from parenting classes to food pantries
- Referrals for evaluation and early intervention services
- New! Modified Checklist for Autism in Toddlers screening

Confidential Services
Referrals and outcomes of services are initially shared only with the client. With your consent, referral and outcome information may also be shared with agencies to which referrals are made.
If you have concerns about your child's behavior or health, screening is strongly encouraged. Screening can also be a helpful way to monitor healthy development even when you do not have a specific concern.
