Description:
The Village, IMPOWERs Transitional Housing Program, offers safe affordable housing combined with comprehensive wraparound supports for homeless and former foster youth between the ages of 18-24 years. Aimed at preventing homelessness and assisting young adults as they transition to adulthood, staff and community volunteers serve as a safety net and help youth to complete their education and enhance employment and independent living skills.
