Provides funding through a Home Repair Grant or Insurance Deductible Payment to Homeowners with damages caused by a declared disaster.

Eligibility
Volusia County homeowners outside the city limits of Deltona or Daytona Beach. Applicants must apply for FEMA assistance first.

Eligibility
Volusia County homeowners living in the home for at least 1 year. Home Rehabilitation Program: for homes in need of safety/energy-related improvements. Emergency Repair: for highly urgent repairs such as septic, roofing, or HVAC. Wind Hazard Mitigation Repair: to assist with hurricane-readiness of the home. (No residents within the Daytona Beach or Deltona city limits are eligible)
