Flagler Cares exists to bring new health, wellness and social welfare infrastructure to Flagler County to reduce disparity and improve the lives of our residents.
Flagler Cares is a collective impact organization formed to improve the lives of Flagler!s most vulnerable people through the advancement of systemic solutions to Flagler!s greatest health, social and financial challenges. The organization actively mobilizes all sectors of the community to MAXIMIZE existing resources through coordination and to INCREASE the system!s capacity by leveraging new state, federal and private financial support. Flagler Cares is currently focusing on:
Youth and Adult Behavioral Health, including Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder
Financial and Housing Stability, including homeless prevention and affordable housing
Hours:
Monday-Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm
