In women, this refers to the kidneys, ureter, urethra, and bladder. In men, this additionally includes the reproductive tract with penis, prostate and testicles. Urologists are trained to deal with prostate infections, obstruction, and cancer; incontinence; urinary tract infections including kidney and bladder infections; kidney stones; urologic cancer; and male impotence and infertility.
