Programs that provide a hotline, website or other mechanisms that people who have experienced or observed wage theft or other labor law violations can use to file a report with the appropriate authorities. Examples of wage theft and other violations include failure to pay minimum wage, overtime or business expenses; failure to provide rest and/or meal periods, itemized wage statements or Workers Compensation insurance; or other problems that may be specific to child labor, farm labor contractors, garment manufacturing or unlicensed contractors.
