Description:
Hispanic Health Initiatives program provides health assessments and education services including:
-Chronic disease self-management skills
-Prevention techniques
-Diabetes screenings and management
-Nutrition education
-Exercise guidance
Health fair providing free cholesterol, diabetes, blood pressure, BMI, STD, HIV/AIDS, kidney, vision, hearing, osteoporosis screenings and more for adults ages 18 years and older.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
Walk-in available Wednesdays Noon - 6:00pm
