Offers primary care services. Offers same day sick appointments, evenings and Saturday's appointments, and walk-in appointments. Accepts most insurance, such as WVHA Health Card, Medicaid, Medicare, Humana, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Florida Health Care Plans, and many more. Also offer a Slide Fee Discount for self-pay, with proof of 1 month of income or lack thereof can pay as low as $25 to see doctor. Has partnership with Walgreens so that patients may be able to get prescriptions at a reduced cost. Lab work is also a reduced in cost through clinic.

Description
Certified Application Counselors will assist clients with the Healthcare Marketplace application process including assistance with selecting a plan, filing for an exemption and making an appeal.
