Diabetes Prevention Program that helps those at high risk for developing Type 2 diabetes adopt and maintain a healthy lifestyle. this program covers the skills needed to make lasting healthy lifestyles.

18 years or older, overweight with a body mass index of greater than 25, diagnosed with prediabetes from a blood test or risk score, previous diagnosis of gestational diabetes.
