Description:

Currently a 30-bed facility. the average stay is 3-4 days. Clients receive medication appropriate to their presenting problems, individual and group therapy, and intensive discharge planning (usually in conjunction with crisis counseling and case management staff). Registered Nurses and Behavioral Health Technicians are on duty at all times, with a psychiatrist directing all treatment activities. Clients may be admitted only after being screened by an Emergency Screener and admitted by on-call psychiatrist's direct order.
