An Adult Day Care that offers impaired young adults and elderly person health and rehabilitative services as well as socialization opportunities. Alternative to institutionalization. Accepts Medicaid waiver, Evercare, American Elder Care, private pay, and Council on Aging. Social program includes 4 areas: social, physical, emotional, and cognitive. Transportation provided for small fee.
