Description:
HCB supports a variety of programs which are dedicated to meeting the needs of the blind and visually impaired, including guide dog schools and other charitable organizations. Further, we are strong advocates for public education and legislation that will improve the quality of life for the blind and visually impaired in our local community and the state of Florida.

FCB is a statewide organization of blind people working to make life better through public education, legislative actions, and providing a statewide information and referral service through Project Insight. FCB is also an organization designed to provide resources to the Visually Impaired community. We offer educational information specific to the needs of blind individuals.

Meetings third Saturdays of the month 2:00pm - 4:00pm

Eligibility
Persons interested in blindness related issues, a majority of whom are legally blind.
Fees
$12.00 annual membership dues
Intake Procedure
Meetings are held the third Saturday of the month 2:00pm - 4:00pm. Appreciation luncheon is held in July. And holiday party in December.
