Description:

Provides assistance, information, and/or education for diseases or conditions of public health including food/water-borne illnesses, mosquito/tick-borne illnesses, rabies, viral hepatitis, disease outbreaks, etc. The Department of Health provides testing and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases, tuberculosis and HIV through its Disease Control Division.
